Teach your child about Native Americans of the Great Plains
and how they lived. The book provides tepee and door patterns that are
easy to photocopy onto paper or cardstock, all ready to cut out, trace, assemble,
and decorate. "Fun Facts • Keep and Color" pages include information
on how tepees were built as well as samples of pictographs, or the "picture writing"
used to decorate these unique dwellings.

The finished tepee stands approximately 5 1/2" tall.
